Our goal at Cannon Mine Fitness is to provide you with the best hour of your day. We mix different types of fitness methods that result in the most calories burned, strength gained and health optimized

Our Gym

Cannon Mine Fitness was born out of a burning passion to spread health, happiness, and community to all socio economic levels. CMF is characterized by the central idea that health is attainable for everyone and we as health professionals have the ability to create a curriculum that promotes long term sustainable health.

When I started CrossFit I couldnt do a pullup, I didnt jump rope and I had never done any olympic lifting. They taught me all the basic of CrossFit and challenged to reach my goals. Just last week I did 4 strict pullups!

What is Cannon Mine Fitness?

Cannon Mine Fitness is long term health. CMF is proper nutrition. CMF can be a fast or slow, total body workout. We do different things every day that will challenge you and build a body capable of anything. 

Why someone should workout at Cannon Mine Fitness over their current gym/workout?

Cannon Mine Fitness believes everyone can achieve a healthy life and we approach the gym with the same mentality. Longevity and personalization define our gym. Our goal is to customize a health program for our athletes that allows for a lifetime of health improvement and progressions further into their fitness. We want to enable our athletes to use their bodies to express their freedom. CMF gets you ready for life.

Is Cannon Mine Fitness for me?

Cannon Mine Fitness is designed for every human. Cannon Mine Fitness is a path to a healthy life for the everyday person. Our coaches are ready to guide each athlete through a personalized fitness experience in order to achieve the best results. We can also serve any goal, lose weight, gain muscle and increase flexibility. 

Why CMF over other fitness methods?

Our focus is on longevity and personalization. We have created a curriculum that focuses on your long-term health and prioritizes your health goals. Our mission is to give you the tools necessary to make daily healthy lifestyle choices that add up to the bigger picture. 

Do I need a contract?

Nope. We want you to come in and give it a try and see if it’s for you. Our memberships are all on a monthly basis.

Will I like group classes?

The answer is different for everyone. 20% of our members ONLY do Personal Training, and 80% consistently attend our group classes because they are extremely motivating and magic happens when people are pulling for each other in class. The magic comes from the mixture of coaching and teamwork, which will drive you to the personal performance you never dreamed was possible, and from the support of your classmates, which make the workouts fun and even inspiring.

Do I have to be in shape to start?

No, No, No, No. This is the most common misconception about fitness. Yes, it has a reputation for being hard, but all of our workouts will be scaled and modified to accommodate whatever level of fitness you’re at now. Cannon Mine Fitness is built for the person who’s lifted nothing but paperclips for the last ten years AND the super fit who want to take it up a notch. The tools for both groups of people are built right into the Cannon Mine Fitness Curriculum.

Don’t decide you have to get in shape first to come here to get in shape. That’s a recipe for never starting. We work with all kinds of people in all kinds of shape, which is an enormous source of pride for us.
